We have made arrangements with two local hotels -- the Holiday Inn Express and the Ramada Inn, Ltd. They are both on the north side of Wadsworth, Ohio, and have fast and easy access to the trial site. Click on the black arrow by the section, Hotels to view their websites.
Both hotels are just off Exit 9 on I-76. The surrounding commercial district offers many places to eat and shop. For those last minute, "I thought you packed that!", items, the usual run of big box stores are within convenient distances.
Both the Holiday Inn Express and the Ramada Inn are in easy walking distance the Galaxy Restaurant. This is one of be better dining places in the area. The Galaxy has a very nice sports bar with an extensive menu. The bar also features an outdoor beer garden when the weather permits. With an extensive list of fine local and imported beers, it's well worth the visit.
We have made arrangements for special room rates at both the Holiday Inn Express and the Ramada. Call the hotel directly and mention "HOT TOURNAMENT". The staff should check with Sean Leatherman for canine acceptance.
As always, securing hotels that will accept dogs for these events is a challenge. We urge everyone to keep their dogs on their best behavior. We will provide designated areas for "exercise". Be certain to clean up after your dogs.
