Trial Notes

Scorebooks must be given to the trial secretary on Draw Night. All scorebooks will be returned at the closing cermonies. If you need to leave early, we can forward your scorebook by priority mail for $5. You will need to arrange this with the trial secretary. She will collect that service charge.

Only one USA-approved scorebook will be accepted for recording the event result. There will be no recording in multiple scorebooks such as DVG, WDA, or SV papers.

Canadian Scorebooks    According to Kelly Hope of the USA office, as long as the person resides in Canada, and belongs to the GSSCC ( they must show a current Canadian membership card), they will be exempted from having to have their score book stamped by the USA office.
